The web site displays our major findings from analyzing the recovery data. Where possible we have also provided links to subsets, and aggregations of the data so that others can dig deeper or investigate particular records.

The recovery data up until March 2010 was used, the latest csv file provided by recovery.gov.

Software used for the analysis include R, ggplot2, animations, ggobi, google maps, dropbox, processing and wordle.

The recovery.gov web site has more information about the data and the Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The analysis on this web site was inspired by the Design for America competition.
