Administrative duties:
I was Department Head, Director of the Statistical Laboratory, and
Director of Graduate Studies
from 1984-2002. The duties included administration of the Department of
Statistics and the Statistical
Laboratory, mentoring of faculty, recruitment of graduate students,
advising of new graduate students,
and placement of graduate students. I continue to serve as
Director of Graduate Education in the
Department.
