Instructions for submission:

  1. Request a preprint number from Norma Elwick. Create an abstract using one of the templates below:
  2. E-mail your Word or postscript abstract as an attachment to Norma. Put the assigned "preprint # __" on the subject line of the e-mail. E-mail a Word or postscript copy of your paper to Norma. Put the assigned "preprint # __" on the subject line of the e-mail. If you prefer not to put your paper on line give Norma a hard copy. Norma will keepbackup hard copies in the reading room.
  3. A week or so after the submission, you should check the web page to make sure that the abstract and paper are correctly listed and available for download.
  4. If you have no math in your abstract, Word or plain text is preferred for the abstract,because it can be translated easily into HTML, which looks better and is faster for web downloading.

    If you use LaTeX to make a postscript file on Vincent, use add web2c instead of addLaTeX in order to get postscript that translates into web-viewable pdf files.

    In order to update a paper with a revision, send the updated electronic copy to Normawith the title in the email "Update for preprint # __." If the title of the paper has beenmodified in revision, note this in the covering e-mail.
