The computing support staff  maintains hardware and software to enable members of the department to perform their computing activities.  They also manage department web pages and provide university-wide support for statistical software installation and maintenance.  The  205 Carver public computer lab , containing 40 Windows PCs, is also maintained by this group.

We also support department servers which include:

• Linux Servers for Teaching and Student Non-Funded Research
• Course Web Pages and Video Lecture Storage
• Department SAN File Server
  

During the Snedecor Hall renovation, support staff are available in the Pearson 0113 computer lab for help with activities such as JMP installation, questions concerning printing and lab computers, Windows SAS availability, SAS Enterprise Checkout CDs and S-Plus checkout CDs.
