Average Jobs/Cpus

The following graphs are a measure of utilization which show the average number of jobs per cpu in the machine. For example, if there are 2 jobs running on a machine with 4 cpus, then the jobs/cpu will be at 50%. Note: Values can be over 100% but are limited to 100% for these graphs.
