UBILL Grant Printing:
Department UBILL printer location, printer name and cost per page can be found here. Students may also print to a public black&white or color laser printer in the (AIT) Durham Center. At the beginning of each semester, each student is given a small printing quota that may be used on the printers in Durham Center. Centrally (AIT) managed printers use printing grants to charge for printing. A grant may be used on any printer that charges for use. The amount you may print depends on the balance of the grant and the per-page cost, which varies by printer and form (e.g., transparencies are more expensive than paper). Every ISU student has at least two grants:

Every ISU student has at least two grants:
- Your 'subsidy' grant (subsidy_your netid) which is funded by your computer fees (students). Currently you are only allowed $5.00 per semester. Once this money is gone, you must use U-Bill printing, not Subsidy printing.
- Your
'U-Bill' grant
(ubill_your netid) which is funded by you (via Accounts
Receivable).
You can inquire/manage your grants by logging into AIT's Acropolis web site and choosing "manage user": http://asw.iastate.edu. Note that the AIT public printers are accessible from all campus-wide lab PCs.
