In a study of the effectiveness of four baits for catching flies, baits were put out at 12
different locations. At each location the four baits were placed in traps on different sides of
a plastic cylinder that could rotate in the wind. The baits were randomly arranged on the
cylinder, with each bait used once on each cylinder. After a set amount of time, the number
of flies caught with each bait was recorded. The file contains three numbers corresponding
to the location (coded 1-12), bait (coded 1-4), and the observed counts.
