Getting Around Wilson Hall

•  The front (West) door to Wilson Hall will be unlocked from 7am until 6 pm on M-F. All other exterior doors are permanently locked (you can only open them from the inside). Only the west exterior door and the door from the passage way to the dining hall will accept your key card.
• The stairway on the north end of the building will bring you down to a place where you can access the ground floor of Wilson Hall without a key. The stairway on the south end brings you to an outside exit behind the main office. Do not take the south stairway below the first floor unless you want to go outside.
• You can pick up room keys in the main office on the south end of the ground floor. Please turn in you old keys from Snedecor Hall. We do need to return them. Do not just throw them away.
• The reading room is located on the southeast corner of the third floor.
• Faculty mailboxes, supplies and a copy machine are located on the northwest end of the ground floor. Faculty should get two keys. One that opens our office and the other that opens the main office and copy/mail room on the ground floor and the reading room on the third floor (except the room in which Norma is located).
• The north end of the first floor has a conference room
• The north end of the second floor has a small classroom (with no current whiteboard or projection devices). We may hold faculty meetings in this room if I cannot find another place.
• If your chair did not show up in your office, it is probably because you did not mark a room number on it. All unmarked chairs are in the fourth floor lobby. Please help yourself but take only one desk chair per person. If you want additional chairs in your office you make select from the chairs that used to be in Snedecor 319/321/322. Do not take anything else from the fourth floor without asking Edith Landin.
• There are some trash cans on the second floor and other were put in room 1410. Help yourself to a trash can.
• Please notify Edith Landin if something is missing or you have something extra in your office that who want to remove. We will try to correct it.
• There are vending machines in the dining hall between Wilson and Wallace Halls. You will need your key card to get back into Wilson Hall from the dining hall.
