         Using a Car Phone- Like Driving Drunk?

I describe a recent study examining the possible relationship
between cell phone usage and car collisions. Along with a
presentation of the study design and results, I will discuss
challenging issues that arose in the data collection and statistical
analysis phases of the project.

This is joint work with Dr. Don Redelmeier of the Sunnybrook
Health Science Centre and the University of Toronto.
