TITLE:
Measurement and Valuation of Social System Outcomes

ABSTRACT:

An ecosystem model of behavioural capital is estimated in which the inputs are the qualitative variables of cognitive, affective, psychomotor and grossmotor capacities.  Model specification and estimation are derived from socioeconomic data systems such as the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and the U.S. Census of Earnings. The utility of the model is evaluated by predicting the behavioural capital of environmental resources in Midwest, Kansas.
