Join us at Iowa State University on May 25th, 2022 to meet and make connections with other statistics educators. We will engage in discussions and activities related to the themes of the Electronic Conference on Teaching Statistics (eCOTS) 2022. High school teachers and community college faculty are especially welcome. We look forward to exchanging ideas and learning from our shared experiences.

To participate in the regional conference at Iowa State University, please register for eCOTS and select the option to attend our regional conference. Registration for eCOTS ranges in price from $0-25 depending on affiliation. Certificates of participation will be provided upon request.

Featured Speaker

Dr. Barb Barnet is a Professor of Statistics and department chair of the Mathematics Department at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Barb has graded AP exams since 2004 and was recently selected to serve as Chief Reader Designate. In 1999, Barb graduated from Iowa State University with a PhD in Statistics and Curriculum and Instructional Technology. Her area of interest is using active-based learning to teach statistics.
