Title: A Checklist for Code

Abstract: Sometimes code will be used for critical applications, e.g. in support of decision making.  My colleagues asked that someone else review that code. My code was compared to items on a checklist developed by one of those colleagues.  I will describe the items on that checklist.  These provide a framework for assessing the quality of code, even if that code is not critical.
