The first meeting of the Sports Analytics Club will be held on Aug 28 from 6-7 in Student Innovation Center Room 1118. This will be an Introduction to the Sports Analytics Club. In addition, we have some club business to address including 

• Elections were not held this past spring and need to be held soon.
• ClubFest is occurring on Sep 11. The Sports Analytics Club has been registered for the event, but we need to talk about what to do and how the table will be staffed. 

Also, we need to discuss what the club should be. There has been suggestions of bringing in seminar speakers, data analysis projects, preparation for job interviews in Sports Analytics, attending ISU sporting events (possibly taking data while watching), etc.
