Paper co-authored by statistics faculty and graduates students named February Editor's Choice for the Journal Preventive Veterinary Medicine. 

A paper co-authored by Associate Professor in Statistics and Veterinary Diagnostic & Production Animal Medicine Chong Wang, statistics graduate student Dapeng Hu, and statistics graduate student Paul Morris was named February Editor's Choice for the Journal Preventive Veterinary Medicine.  The article entitled “Active regional surveillance for early detection of exotic/emerging pathogens of swine: A comparison of statistical methods for farm selection” was co-authored by Professor in Veterinary Diagnostic & Production Animal Medicine Jeffrey Zimmerman and undergraduate Ting-Yu Cheng.  The journal's announcement and link to the paper are located online.
