Department Hosts the 2026 AP® Statistics Mock Exam

The Department of Statistics hosted its annual AP® Statistics Mock Exam on April 22, 2026, welcoming high school students and teachers from across the state for a hands-on preparation experience ahead of the AP® Statistics Exam.

The free event provided students the opportunity to complete a full-length mock exam written by experienced AP® Statistics Exam leaders and readers and receive a score on the 5-point AP scale.

Students noted the following after completing their AP® Statistics Exams:

  • “I was able to mentally prepare for the type of questions being asked and how the test would look.” -Brooklyn
  • “It is a great way to gauge your skill set and know what you need to focus on for the actual exam.” -Jillian
  • “It allowed me to see what areas I was weak on and needed to review for the actual exam.” -Mock Exam Participant
  • “It provides an excellent check of progress to see what you need to study up on for the actual exam when it comes.” -Mock Exam Participant

Teachers participated in a “mini-reading” to learn how exams are graded and to practice scoring free-response questions.
