Department Hosts Reception at JSM 2026

The Iowa State University Department of Statistics welcomed alumni, friends, students, and colleagues to its annual reception during the 2026 Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) in Boston.

Held Aug. 4 at Publico Boston's Garden Atrium, the reception provided an opportunity for members of the Iowa State statistics community to reconnect, network, and share updates while attending the conference. The department was pleased to see many familiar faces and strengthen connections with alumni and friends from across the profession.
